Wait Time Policy for Airport Transfers We will be tracking your flight arrival time. As long as you remain on the same airline and flight, you do not need to contact us. However, if you change your flight or airline, we do require the updated information to ensure proper pick-up. Your chauffeur will wait a maximum of 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights upon landing before additional fees are incurred. After the first 30 minutes of landing time for domestic flights and after 45 minutes of landing for international flights, we will charge an additional $20 per every half hour of wait.
Cancellation Policy for Airport Transfers We will charge the FULL rate if cancellations are made after the driver has already been dispatched. We will also charge the FULL rate if the passenger fails to be at the designated pick-up location. Please call our 24/7 Dispatch line at (408) 940-4450 if for any reason you are not able to locate your chauffeur. We will do everything in our power to be in contact with you, but if for some reason we are not able to contact you, it is your responsibility to contact us by phone. If you leave your location without contacting us first by phone, we will charge the FULL rate. You can reach us 24/7 on our Dispatch line at (408) 940-4450. All no-show arrivals and departures will be charged in FULL.
Airport Cancellations that are made before your chauffeur has been dispatched, will be charged a $30 administrative fee. Your chauffeur is usually dispatched 4 hours prior to pick-up time. However, for pick-ups before 9:00 a.m., you are advised to call by 9:00 p.m. the night before.
Wait Time Policy for Chartered Service Please ensure that everyone in your party is ready for pick-up at the allotted scheduled time. You will be charged for a full hour after a 15 minute grace period. Please be advised that your chauffeur will not be able to wait longer than one hour of scheduled pick up time, unless proper arrangements have been made directly with our office at (408) 940-4450. We are available 24/7.
Cancellation Policy for Chartered Service We require a minimum of 5 days notice for cancellations on all our chartered services. If cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to the chartered service date, we will charge the FULLfare plus20% service fee. Please note that all chartered services require a 30% non-refundable deposit.

Terms and Conditions The individual responsible for payment ("Customer") understands and agrees that all charges are assessed by Blue Diamond Limo. All unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by Customer, with either verbal or signed acceptance of services. If for any reason full payment is not made at this time, a late charge of two percent per month will be assessed. Payment is due at the time of service. If this agreement is referred to an attorney and/or collection agency, Customer agrees to pay all attorney and/or collection fees.
Blue Diamond Limo reserves the right to substitute one vehicle for another vehicle providing it is the same or larger size vehicle.
All of our limousines are strictly non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking in any of our vehicles.
Blue Diamond Limo will not be responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, accidents, or any other unforeseeable act of God; any resulting lost time will be made up at the end of the scheduled charter.
Any downsizing of previously reserved duration of service or vehicle size will not relieve Customer from the responsibility of paying the full amount of the originally scheduled charter.
In compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 5348.1 & 5348.3, consumption of alcoholic beverages by passengers under 21 years of age is prohibited.
The individual responsible for payment ("Customer") and all passengers in Customer's party are expected to conduct themselves in a manner not injurious to themselves, to third parties, or to the hired limousine. In the event of any physical damage to the limousine caused by Customer or any passenger, there will be a minimum additional charge of $300.00 for the repair and/or cleaning of the limousine. This includes anyone getting sick in the limousine. Decision as to the unusual use or wear of the vehicle rests with Blue Diamond Limo solely, and its experience as to the general use of hired limousines. Customer is fully responsible for the repair and/or replacement of any part of the vehicle harmed by any passenger. Emerging from the sun roof while the vehicle is in operation is prohibited. If passengers are minors, the sun roof will remain locked closed, the dividers will remain locked open, and a phone number of a parent of one of the passengers must be given to the driver prior to the ride. If at any time the service is terminated due to unruly conduct, damages to the vehicle, or abuse of any kind that Blue Diamond Limo deems valid, no refund of money will be made.
Blue Diamond Limo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason as it deems appropriate.
